All grant applications submitted to the OOR must be accompanied by the Grant Submission Form that is used for the Principal Investigator, Inter-Institutional applications, and for Letters of Intent.
Two signatures are required on the form:
The OOR will obtain Dr. Brown's signature for all applications that are submitted before or on their deadline. For applications that are submitted after the OOR deadline, researchers must obtain Dr. Brown's signature.
